Whiting 100 nights Loulé will live one of the greatest events of the summer in the Algarve. The White Night Algarve 2009 will come back to the streets and avenues of the city and to surprise whit a program that is marked for the artistic diversity and for the offer of leisure spaces. We will have great musical groups, plastic arts, Dj´s and many surprises and innovations.
The shows in the streets will continue to be main points of this initiative that will equally have in the city commerce an important “stage”. Beyond an unique night, we will provide you the possibility to purchases the best products in special prices.

In day 29 of August of 2009 the Moon will be in the First Quarter stage, and going to the Full Moon. The First Quarter of the moon will begin on the 27 of August finishing 04 of September with the Full Moon.

About the First Quarter

The First Quarter is one of the phases of the Moon. It occurs when the Heart-Moon-Sun angle is approximately straight, that way we can only see half of the moon, in the period where the illuminated part is in growth. In the hemisphere north, the right half of the moon is illuminated, in the south hemisphere, the left half of the record will be illuminated during this phase.

This Lunar phase represents a disharmony of qualities. It is a period of great movement, where the things speed up, but had not yet gained form.
The standard that predominates in the First Quarter is that woo will progress during all lunar cycle. You need to give attention sufficiently to the nature of this standard; if it´s positive (growth of the success), our negative (growth of the obstacles).
